The home inspection report was excellent.  My husband and I thought it was very detailed and informative.  I liked the idea that I could access the file from the internet as large files are sometimes difficult to receive via email.  We will be using the report as our repair checklist over time.  I would be happy to write a referral letter for you and look forward to getting your maintenance package.  We finally closed on the house on 7/10 and have started some of the repairs you listed in your report.  If anyone needs a home inspector, I will gladly give them your name and number!

I couldn't be more happy with my choice to use Down To Earth Home Inspections! The inspection itself was very thorough and my inspector Frank was willing and able to answer any question we had, putting our minds at ease to the very big decision of buying a new home.  Whether it was the roof, the attic, the garage, the basement, you name it nothing was left uncovered!  The tools and equipment blew my mind moisture meters, gas-carbon monoxide meters, electrical meters, these guys were prepared.  The understanding of all the current rules, regulations, and codes was enough to notice that we made the right choice.  Then came the report!!!
