Gas and Carbon Monoxide Detector

 At every home inspeciton I check for carbon monoxide and gas leaks. Here I am checking in a utility room in a basement around a 25 year old furnace. The gas line ran through the entire basement. I did find a leak and marked it with red tape after informing the homeowner and potential buyer of the problem. copyrighted@2008 |
