Insulation in Crawlspace

 During a routine home inspection of a NEW home in Marlboro, New Jersey, I found a hidden crawlspace with the insulation falling out of the floor joists. Insulation should be supported with proper straps. I asked my client, "Were you aware that this crawlspace existed?". They suprisingly said, "No". copyrighted@2008 |
